The University of Iowa College of Law's Career Services Office provides personalized career and life planning, strategic networking, experiential learning programs, and job search assistance to law students and alumni.
Employers consistently report that Iowa students demonstrate a keen work ethic to support their rigorous education. During a typical year, approximately 100-150 firms, corporations, government agencies, and courts visit the College of Law to hire students of the Iowa Law School. Even more consider Iowa students through résumé collections and off-campus recruiting programs in major metropolitan cities such as Chicago, New York City, Washington, DC, and Los Angeles. Student and alumni alike are recruited through hundreds of job postings and other employment opportunities each year.

The Career Services Office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on weekends and University holidays.
